The National Academies Press (NAP) publishes the publications of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, which produce more than 200 publications and proceedings each year on a wide range of topics in science, engineering, and medicine providing authoritative, independent advice on important matters in science and health policy.

Transportation Research Board Reports

The Transportation Research Board (TRB) provides useful information regarding virtually any issue related to transportation through an extensive array of publications that assess the state of the art or practice in specific areas of transportation, present the results of transportation research or identify research needs, and address major national transportation policy issues.

Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences
The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS), a peer-reviewed journal of the National Academy of Sciences, is an authoritative source of original research that broadly spans the biological, physical, and social sciences. The journal is global in scope and submission is open to all researchers worldwide. PNAS is one of the world's most-cited and comprehensive multidisciplinary scientific journals, publishing more than 3,200 research papers annually.

PNAS Nexus
PNAS Nexus
 is a peer-reviewed, fully open access sibling journal to PNAS, focused on the publication of high-quality original research from across the biological, medical, physical, social and political sciences, engineering and mathematics. The Editorial Board of PNAS Nexus includes members of the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Engineering, and the National Academy of Medicine, as well as nonmembers who work in emerging fields not yet covered by academy membership.

ILAR Journal
The Institute for Laboratory Animal Research publishes this quarterly peer-reviewed journal for all who use, care for, and oversee the use of laboratory animals. 

Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board
The TRR Journal, a peer-reviewed journal that is published throughout the year, consists of collections of papers on specific transportation modes and subject areas.
